The face of an establishment and first point of contact is reception and wow does this girl need an attitude change towards foreigners, it seems that it is her nature to be so abrasive and act like a no it all, rude, rude , rude. If you work the longest you should be better at what you do not worse. Lovely man at security always so pleasant to us, left a lasting impression. It's sad with the money we spent , we never felt welcome. We are an elderly couple and fell very disrespected We have met such amazing staff at other hotels that felt like family.

It's a consistently clean, straightforward restaurant. It offers polite service. Food is well prepared, not greasy - it doesn't chase trends but hasn't gone out of style.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royal Orchid, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel's dining options were superb. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety of culinary delights to choose from. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a fantastic selection of fresh and tasty dishes. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely palace.
