Amazing place. It's tucked away from main road, with its own private road. Nothing much to do inside property, but if you love serenity and nature, you won't be disappointed. Rooms are big and airy. Bathrooms have skylight, and ventilation. Warm water is plenty so no worries. Food choices are limited but cater to every taste. You have options outside, but I was too lazy to explore. Service is prompt and diligent. Staff is courteous and friendly. Overall - A great weekend stay (either alone or with family) Ps: it's a non smoking property with strict enforcement

One of the aesthetic beautiful resort I have ever seen . Right from reception to room we can see lot of detailing in art and sculptures.premium room was clean and spacious.food was delicious..right from breakfast to dinner ,all the items were cooked to perfection. Special note was pineapple halwa. They gave bunk bed room initially on request they changed to another room which was appreciated . Cons: Service is very slow especially in kitchen, staffs were tired lack of manpower ,with no smile on faces just for sake of serving they were running here and there Foods are expensive for the quantity they charge ! Seafood festival was going on prawns were not fresh but charged whooping 380rs! Milk for baby costed rs 68 ..total absurd..morning coffee when bringing to room is also chargeable . No high tea,No swing or trampoline. Spa and pool are under construction . With the amenities they give and what they charge not at all worthy ! Management needs to revisit on facilities and customer service..welcome drink was given after requested..looks like staffs are least bothered if people would come back or not! Book only if you get good discounts else big NO

The stay was pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable with nice balcony. Few indoor games were available to spend good time with friends & family. We really enjoyed the stay. The hotel staffs were courteous and happy to assist. Stay at The Story will be a story to share.

We stayed in The Story resort & Spa for 2 days. To clarify it's not resort, there is no facilities like a resort. No swimming pool & spa, false claim. Rooms are good, very clean and maintained well. Their restaurant is pathetic, food is worst. One of the worst breakfast I have ever had, none of the items were hot at 9.15am, many items were over and no proper response from staff when asked to refill. Last day crowd was less & they said they would serve instead of buffet, we had to ask everything 2-3 times and only then they served with weird face. They won't provide packaged water bottles as complimentary, they provide tap water. They take more than 1hr to serve food ordered to the room. Overall not happy and wouldn't recommend anyone to visit.
