The staff are really lovely. The hotel is located high on a hill with great views - they offer sunset walks as well, walking past the tea plantation. The mattresses weren't very comfortable though and it could have been cleaner.

This resort is nestled in the embrace of nature, and true to its name, I have never encountered such a magnificent array of tall trees anywhere else. The ambiance is exceptional, making you feel truly special, and the staff is remarkably attentive, ensuring your well-being throughout your stay. The three days I spent at the resort were the highlight of my trip. The dining options are equally impressive. I highly recommend considering this resort for your next getaway to Munnar.

Lovely resort, set among very tall trees and you are in nature Fantastic restaurant/food and 5 star + service from the welcoming/ always happy to help and smiling staff. In the morning around 5.00am the Kingfishers start whistling for around one and a half hours. Lovely swimming pool with Jacuzzi. If you want a great experience and a lovely stay amongst nature, then this is the best place. You want be disappointed.

Exceptional Hospitality and Adorable Experiences with "The Tall Trees Resorts", Munnar. We had an amazing stay at Tall Trees! The staff was highly trained and friendly with a great attitude. I loved the property and felt like I was in the middle of nature! They offer nature walks, bonfire and tea tasting sessions. The resort has all the facilities you need, friendly staff, excellent service and delicious food! If you love nature, you will love this resort! The Tall Trees is a tiny property tucked away in a wooded area on the hillside. It's a bit hard to get to, but from the moment you walk in the door, the staff are amazing! If you have an issue, they will work quickly and efficiently to fix it. The restaurant is perched on top of the hill. We had breakfast and dinner in the buffet and there's a wide variety of food to choose from. The chef was always there and was very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant staff wanted you to have an amazing stay. They were always smiling and helpful. Just fantastic staff! The location is fantastic, offering a refreshing ambiance. The villas provide a cozy atmosphere, and the staff is exceptionally polite and cooperative. The food is truly exceptional, with each dish being delicious. The level of hospitality is outstanding, and the service from all the staff members is excellent. They are readily available to assist at any time, enhancing the overall stay and making it a worthwhile experience. Every cent spent is well worth it.
