Shankar singh from housekeeping department was very sweet and kind and he was very hardworking and humble.. Regarding the food it was too expensive.. Tawa roti costs 150 for two rotis and that too without butter. I found the resort was not worth the price it charged.. Overly expensive and I wonder it's not a 5 star property then why they are charging too much. Thank uu

I stayed with my family for for two days and it was such a wonderful experience. Overall service was really nice. The location was also really nice. The buffet system was good but the South Indian food could be better. If you are visiting jim corbett this is a good resort to stay in.. You can play games and also visit spa.

Had a nice time at the resort, felt like home. The staff there were very welcoming and the hospitality was great. The food there was neatly served and delicious, we had a lot of options to try. The rooms are well maintained. Loved the whole experience there. Definitely go for it without a doubt, worth every penny you pay. It is a good resort in front of the mountain. . The food is good and the staff is very polite. It is a neat and clean property with a welcoming ambiance. Specially thanks to operations manager kailash and chef vipin .
