Hi.. The stay was good. The host was very quick in responding to the queries. The helper guy was always in a hurry though he did help us. But we had a bitter experience in terms of sharing the pool. The hotel management was bit rude who did not even allow a kid to use the pool. Though we thought the pool was included in our booking. Still we thought they would have behaved well. Anyway we had good overall experience apart from the pool issue. Walkable distance to super market n good restaurants.

Good place to stay in North Goa. It has a pool but access is restricted to guests from Airbnb. No parking. You have to park the vehicle in the nearby street as the hotel's street is very narrow.

Service was good, location was okay. Rooms could have been more decent at the rates charged, although tv was there with tatasky most of the channels were not working, there were no kids channel available. No wifi in rooms but while booking they said its available. Whats the use of wi-fi if guest has to go outside near reception area to use it!! Also food was plain and bland in taste, lots of foreigners staying here, May be that's why! Staff was helpful and polite.

Lower rating is only because of service which is just pathetic..if they come down from their high horses maybe they'll find the decency to talk properly with PPL. Being an Indian who is in India and going to stay in a not so grand stay run by 'indians', cannot say there wasn't any racism. Never coming back here again. Rooms was well furnished with fridge stove oven large bed . It was spacious . However, there were flies all over the place. Even inside the room. Use of the Swimming pool as per Airbnb host, was not allowed. Although the "pool rules" state "residents and guests" may use. They didn't serve us food from the restaurant too. Reason given was we had a private room, however that room was inside the same compound and part of the same apartment. We had a private room because we booked via airbnb and had a dog as well. But they aren't pet friendly at all. We were not allowed to walk to the gate via main entrance and had to take back entrance just because we had a dog. There are stray dogs running around mind you. But they have problem with a well behaved well trained non reactive dog. Airbnb listing pet was allowed. We drove 12 hours to goa and waited outside for this to be sorted. At a point these people point blank said we cannot have rooms. There's no parking around the apartment. We had a tough time with parking as well. There a bike rental next to the building so taking a bike around if you have driven is a better way to get around.
