We had a wonderful stay here over Christmas during our Indian travels (we are from Sweden). Very spacious and clean rooms, very large windows with a nice view, lots of green, a beautiful terrace where we could relax, generous breakfast spread, and we also had a lavish dinner buffet for Christmas. Great room service. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent location, close to everything but in a side street that's more quiet. Great value for money. Absolutely recommend.

Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel wall street. staff was incredibly helpful specifically front office thank you mr vikram and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect place to celebrate a birthday weekend.

First of all, the room are not maintained at all and are in a very bad condition. We asked for laundry bags and they gave us used polybags which were so dirty and could not be used. Basic amenities like soaps were not available. We also asked for an extra bed and they gave us a broken bed. The balcony was so dirty. Our overall experience was horrible and I would highly recommend you to reconsider your decision if you're planning to check in.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent, with great food, beverages, and hygiene standards. However, there was an issue on the last day when our rooms were cleaned without our consent, despite us giving our keys for cleaning the day before. The hotel explained it was their protocol, which felt invasive considering we had our keys. Aside from this, everything else was perfect
