WelcomHeritage Traditional Haveli

Good value for money, most of the staffs were nice, other guests were lovely. It was nice that there was dosa on breakfast menu. The atrium was beautiful and the hotel room was very clean. It was nice that the hotel is located a bit away from the noisy main part of the city. There were numerous problems during the stay, like restaurant serving us red wine and insisting that it is rose, serving us grilled vegetables with chili in it even though we specifically asked them to make it non spicy, shared toilet floor dirty, no toilet paper, serving me cold onion dosa even though I ordered cheese onion dosa… etc…but the most unforgivable thing they have done to me was getting rid of my quite pricey guide book I left on my bed. If you are staying at this place, do not put any of your belongings on the bed, lock your stuffs in your suitcase when you go out.

Very nice hotel with excellent food. We also loved the cocktails and other drinks at the rooftop and basement bar. Thanks you to the whole hotel team. We enjoyed 2 days stay.
