We spent 3 nights in the hotel. It was a pleasure to stay here and excellent service from arrival to departure. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. The view from our room was breathtaking. The bed was very comfortable to sleep. The hotel provides a great Complimentary Buffet breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for Family or pleasure trips.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at Very beautiful view of Himalayas, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, They make special Arrangements for honeymoon which make us feel very special like family, We Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again "Hotel Thomas Villa" for going just that little step extra for the guests!

Loved it, Superb hotel. Nice mountain view from the room and Lawn. Very nice staff. Active service. Tasty food. Definitely recommend to others and also try to come back.

Perfect View and delicious food. First of all I want to say that well maintained property. If you are looking for Mountain view, cleanliness, facilities, trained staff and silent atmosphere. It's one of the best hotels if you want to spend a quality time with your partner in the room having a tea/coffee. Regarding the room, it's huge and clean. My preference while choosing a hotel is always a good washroom and Thomas Villa fulfilled that requirement. Hotel food was really good and that too at an affordable price. If you are traveling to Manali then u must stay here..

Pros: 1.Hotel is good and the service is very fast. 2.It's Economical compared to other hotels in manali 3. Complementary breakfast in hotel is good. Cons: 1.No proper road to hotel. Can't walk and go. We need to either book cab or auto. We have booked cab for our full days site seeing in hotel who taken care of our pick up and drop 2. Hotel is far away from Mall road which makes it difficult for shopping and food options 3. No lift in the hotel 4. The cab service taken in hotel is good but they only takes to their tie up activity stalls/shops who loots your money. Be careful to check with other stalls or shops before going for rides with the stalls the cab person takes to.
