We stayed for 2 days. Highly worth your money and the service is quite surprising. The people who work there have a very good heart. Neat rooms, nice location, worth ghe the money, nice ambience. This hotel alone will make your vaccation enjoyable. Thank you for the staffs who were really kind and polite.

I wanted to give zero star but google is not allowing. Pathetic service. Worst experience ever. Such a worst behavior from Mario Moorthy. The short guy who never has hair in his head but hides behind generator and combs his hair. Booked room for Dec 24 to Dec 26 thru call in reception and Selvam before 2weeks. We called multiple times to confirm room and also called them on the day of checkin and we were asked to come. When we reached there we were asked to wait for sometime. And we realised something was fishy. We waited for 2 hours and they finally denied to give us a room saying Mario Moorthy took another booking. How can that guy take a booking even after multiple calls. We even asked if we need to pay any advance but he said no need sir, we know you, please come directly and we have noted your booking. But till the end he did not have the guts to face the guests and he kept hiding behind the generator which is the cheapest ever behavior that you could ever see from a hotel staff. If he had apologized and said sorry sir, we unknowingly gave room to someone else it would have been a gentlemen gesture but he came out from hiding behind generator and walked away in front of us as if nothing happen. It was Selvam, who kept consoling us and trying to arrange alternative. But in the end they said we do not have room and please leave our premises is the worst ever behavior we have ever seen in our lifetime. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone who does not know how to handle their guests and customers. Please don’t ever book here

Worst experience ever! Our booking was denied which was done 2weeks prior to the checkin date. Mr. Mario Moorthy who is so called manager. Who just resembles Mario character in structure hides behind the generator and never faced the guest for overbooking the hotel. We were stranded at their hotel for 2hours and finally when he couldnt hide behind the generator anymore he just walked away. He never cared of the guest who booked 2weeks ago and prep'd for the trip. We slept on the roads and due to peak season we never got a room that night. Never trust these guys!

Pros: Walkable distance from Lake. Front corridor with dedicated table chairs to relax is good idea. Food can be enjoyed here with outside view while dining. Staffs are cooperative. Suite Room is spacious, neat and clean.Stairs are elderly friendly. Cons: Hot water is restricted to only one tap in the bath room.No intercom facility. Car parking is limited to 8 or 9. No major issues to mention.

It was a really nice stay in Yercaud. Rooms charges are normal and spacious to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children in a single room. Rooms are neat and clean. Bathrooms are neatly maintained. Near to the Boat house. Friendly behaviour of staffs. Cooking and Eating as per our wish. 1. you can took non veg and ask them to cook. 2. Or you can cook by yourself. Campfire will be arranged as per required basis. If anybody wants to stay , Please book rooms in advance at the season times.
