If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. Rooms had cockroaches on the beds, towels were stained or had holes in them and there was also visible staining on the sheets and pillows. Bathrooms were frankly disgusting and very clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while and the hot water wasn’t working either. The key card for my room wasn’t working so any time I wanted to be let in, I had to ask the staff at the desk. The staff were also terrible, customer service was not good and staff were always on their phone sitting at the front desk. I understand being on your phone when it’s quiet, nothing wrong with that, but when a paying guest is asking for assistance and delaying it by continuing a personal phone call is so unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to stay AT ALL.

Positive -Allowed Early Check in and late check out for free Negative - Don't be fooled by the photos , rooms will not be as shown in terms of cleanliness ,smell . Towels , bedsheets , blankets were not clean. Bed was not comfortable All Toiletries not provided

My experience was not good, I had book a room for my family but had to shift to a different room immediately due to presence of cockroaches...rooms are not maintained. Food is ok. Did not visit the restaurant on the 5th floor. Would not recommend, stay maynot be comfortable.

We recently stayed here for around 5 days during the new year week. This hotel stay was a big disappointment to us. 1. The rooms were very stinky, it was smelling of cigarette smoking all-the-time 2. The AC quality is very low, it was not working half of the time we stayed there - we had to call them 4-5 times to come and fix AC 3. Their TV was not working initially and after the 2nd day, they came up with some temporary workaround setup - still no non-free channels to watch 4. They gave us paper cups to use for coffee/tea - Upon asking, the staff rudely said we give the same to all rooms, never seen such a thing elsewhere 5. For our entire stay - we had to frequently request drinking water as they didn't even bother to provide water on a daily basis. I would not recommend this.
