The staff is really good. The manager, Mr. Shetty is a very nice guy and bends over backwards to accommodate his clients. The hotel is brand new and welll maintained, so far. The bed is quite good and so are the pillows. The TV isn't the best and the cable TV isnt that good either, but we watched all the India versus Australia matches there and won, so I love the place.

No :1 fraud guys, yesterday i booked the hotel based on the tariff shared in the site goibibo, booking got confirmed ,received email and SMS confirmation. while i took the guest to hotel for stay they are saying the booking amount is less and they are asking for additional money for the stay. i have paid the entire amount as advance booking and wasn't able to stay. so i feel goibibo and shree Gowri comfort are partnering the fraud and looting money from customer. please be more cautious with such frauds.

Worst experience of my life. We booked 3 rooms here on oyo and they are saying they gave our room to others..even cash was paid. If you won't serve oyo customers then cancel your deal with oyo.

The India's most pathetic customer service if there's any, that's OYO's. I had a booking here with booking ID "TEBY1076" when i tried to check-in here they denied check-in saying it's not meeting their floor rate, then when I called up OYO to get this issue resolved the customer service agent kept transferring the call to a senior customer service agent and the most shocking part is that at the other end the so called "senior" team disconnected my call instead of helping. This is the status of OYO. I couldn't check-in here and was not even transferred to any hotel by OYO. The hotel team were good samaritans who helped me find a different hotel.
