The property was beautiful and near the river marshes. It looked serene, but when we reached there was some construction work happening on the property! It was so loud that after an early morning flight we were not able to even take a nap. After numerous calls l was told that since the workers were paid for that day the work would stop only the next day forward! They next day also there were painters on the property right in front of the pool! When rooms were cleaned water was not kept for us, and when we returned one night late from a party and took 2 bottles we were accused. I don’t think l would want to come here again or would recommend it to anyone! Pramod was the only staff member who attended to us well. Also since only Pramod was around to serve if we needed something to order we literally had to walk to the kitchen when we wanted something! The only plus was it was a budget stay! It’s a little away from the market so a car or a bike is needed if you need to step out.

Positive points: 1. They have utilized the space very brilliantly. 2. Dinner was just simply awesome though breakfast was not that good. 3. Rooms are superb. I hope they do maintain them considering the property is new. Cannot appreciate more about the rooms because they were simply brilliant. Negative points : 1. Cost is high considering the location. They say it's nearby lake but the lake is dried up and not properly maintained.They charged us 6K during non-season time which is on a higher side. I wonder how much they charge during December season. 2. Hot water problems were there. They said that the geyser is a little slow. That was a deal breaker for us because honestly we booked this one for bathtub and that experience was ruined. They gave the solution to use another room's bathtub which was frankly a very pathetic advice. Overall the experience was average.. Thanks..
