Two words - Pathetic Service. Will not recommend this property to anyone. We made bulk booking of 13 rooms for two nights. On first morning water ran out in the rooms, so much so, that guests could not freshen up and get ready for an event we were hosting. When water finally came back, there was no hot water. Manager was unapologetic, said these things 'sometimes happen' and offered to provide bucket of hot water using a manual heater. We, obviously, declined as it would taken hours to provide water to multiple rooms. The torture continued when, even post multiple requests, room cleaning was not provided or towels changed. As per previous commitment, water bottles were also not provided the second day. On complaining to manager, her response was that I should have taken water in bulk from the reception and distributed to all rooms. Not sure why I should do that, when the hotel staff was sitting there, watching tv. The high handed attitude of the reception staff made things more difficult. The situation became so bad that 8 guests couldn't continue the stay, and I had to rebook them in a different hotel nearby, loosing money in the process. Will not recommend this property to anyone. There are better properties available nearby which are just Rs 200-300 higher per night.

Located in the centre of the city with malls, eateries and shops nearby. Good connectivity. Rooms are clean. Bare minimum amenities. No chair or table for you to maybe enjoy a cup of tea/coffee. You need to only eat or drink sitting on your bed.

Treebo Trend 12 Degrees West is inexpensive. But you get less than you pay for. I stayed there in Nov 23. Even though I paid online, the guy at the desk wasn't able to check me in until someone else arrived. We spent 10mins trying to get me a key. No one walked with me to the room. That's ok, but I realized later I needed someone to tell me how to run things in the room - you'll read below. The room is super basic, but ok. However, the latch at the top of the door didn't work. The desk was hanging off the wall, loose. The TV didn't turn on. Next morning, no hot water. I tried calling to reception - no marking on the room phone, tried 0, 9 etc. No one picked up/didn't ring there. Tried finding the hotel number from website etc. no luck. Finally took a cold shower, came down to reception, a guy was sleeping on the sofa. It was 7:15am. Breakfast - will be ready at 9. This in a business location where people will need to be in office by then. Well I returned the key and that's the last time I will stay there. Net-net: it has seen better times but seems in a downward spiral. Several other options around, you should check them.
