The hotel owner is very good and supportive. We reached hotel very late by 11 pm but they arranged ever Quickly. They welcomed us like a family member. Very good stay.

We booked the room for almost 2000 per night including breakfast. Best thing about it was cleanliness and size of the room. Called and asked personally on the day of our check in. Location is very near to the airport so good to go. They didn't have their restaurant but arranged for bread and butter as we were leaving early for our flight. Do not expect much in terms of service as there was not even electric kettle but I can still give 4 stars for service as they were mostly available inspite of their less staff. They were trying their best to fulfill our requirements.

Electricity issues , room service is poor , no one picks phone at reception, if only option left then book at it online only at cheaper price rather than spending 700 more on this kind of services. They have excuses for everything which they are not able to do on time. Best is to avoid this hotel if you want good and pleasant stay.

Location and rooms are good and some rooms have excellent space. Room service is pathetic and food is just limited to sandwiches and Maggi that too takes a lifetime to reach your room. Owner is a reasonable guy but the staff is totally awful and slept at the reception counter till we checked out at 8.30 AM. And was he bothered about us checking out , NO .The complimentary breakfast -Hahahaha. That is there on the house but an idea of a 10 rupee poha outside is better.
