Their service was very bad. They aren't even going to talk to their guest nicely once the payment is done. I have taken a room here, the amount was 2000 including breakfast. Breakfast was complimentary. After some bargaining they have given me the discount of 200 so it costs me to 1800 Next day I went for breakfast they said you can't take it. Breakfast is only available for rooms 2000 and above. It was very insulting for me. They didn't even tell me this thing before. I'll suggest you to not to go there.

I had a terrible experience at the Treebo hotel. We had already paid 50% of the amount before arriving, but when we checked in, they denied us a king-size bed room. The room was not cleaned properly, and it was in a very poor condition. To make matters worse, the staff exhibited rude behavior throughout our stay. I would strongly advise against booking a room at this hotel. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience.

The room I stayed in was a true sanctuary. It was spotlessly clean, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the amenities I could have asked for. The bed was so comfortable that I almost wished I could take it home with me. The view from my room was stunning, offering a picturesque sight of the city skyline.

Today I had worst experience at treebo grp of hotels horizon hotel at manglore. Even they have rooms available they are not providing on 24 hrs basic check in and check out. They made the stupid rule that 12 pm to 11am check in and check out time. It's simple common sense why a person will book room according to hotel timing convience. When paying money, what right they have to control customer requirements. This is the worst ever experience I had. Atlast I had forced to choose other hotel. I strongly suggest don't prefer treebo grp of hotels

Please don't choose this hotel for stay it's a complete waste of money. The staff has zero knowledge about hospitality and especially the manager . He is the most disgusting part of the entire hotel. He will spoil your mood by the way he talks and he has zero knowledge about how to speak with guests. The worst service I have ever received. I have got a room in which bad were separated even when I asked prior that I need a bad which is not separated. And they said they can't do anything about it . Please never go there🙏
