My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff's warmth and efficiency made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The location of hotel is quite good as it’s very close to Paltan Bazaar. However, the hotel is on second floor so there was bit of a problem in taking the luggage till there. The lift was at the back. The service was really pathetic as we had to constantly ask for things and most of the times, there was no one at the reception and we had to go till the back to ask for wifi password or other things we needed. The breakfast was included in tariff but since we had flight in the morning, we asked the staff if they could arrange for breakfast like bread butter, fruits etc. They said yes but nothing was given to us.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a modern touch.
