Treebo Trend Atithi Regency

The hotel staff is polite but very lazy and not quick with their service. We had to remind them several times to keep a bottle of water in the room. The bathroom latch was not working hence we informed the staff to get it fixed or give us another room while we come back in the evening. When we returned the latch wasn't fixed neither our rooms were changed. After complaining they changed our room. The rooms are compact but clean and tidy though witnessed a few small croaches giving guest appearance. Tooth brush, shower gel etc. is provided. Beds are comfortable. Their breakfast options are very basic for eg. bread butter/jam, poha, idli, banana, sabudana khichdi etc. All this is served on their rooftop. The plates and cups weren't that clean. The buffet table covers were dirty and had stains on them. Overall an average hotel!
