First thing is to ensure the rooms booked have been given to the customers. My friend had to pay extra for an attached bathroom even though she’d already booked for it. Common bathroom was provided to her initially. Even after being given the attached bathroom, she was mentioned it was a service apartment and she’d to lock her room to only know that the main door was open throughout the night. Women safety is at risk if this is not addressed.

I'd absolutely not recommended this. They'd put u in a 2bhk even though you've booked for a 1bhk attached bathroom. Then they tell u that anyone can come to the other room anytime n we have to leave the main door open 24x7, which of course takes away your privacy and security.

Please do not book it from treebo ! I was given a room in a 2bhk apartment. I had to pay extra 400 rupees to shift from common bathroom to attached bathroom even though I had booked attached bathroom in treebo. I had to leave the service apartment main door open throughout the night as any guest may or may not take the second room in that apartment. This is so inconvenient, zero privacy and a high security issue for women in night mainly.
