Big rooms but not cleaned. Washrooms are dirty. We had checked into executive room and couldn’t even go inside the bathroom. rusted taps , showers and also the dustbins were yuck. Why don’t you clean washrooms . And also they had no wiifii.

Dirty Hotel, No service, we carry oir luggage's to the room The breakfast time is 8:30 in the morning and since I have to go to the site scene in the morning, I did not get to have breakfast for a single day. No professionalise peoples

Rooms are spacious but not in so good condition... not maintained.... and most importantly complimentary breakfast is a joke only 2 items poha and upma was available.....and that is in limited quantity means if you are late then u will not get it... taste of upma was ok but poha was not ok.... and foods served at room on order was tasteless .... and most hilarious thing is that they have served Paratha in dry state and when asked they replied Paratha ka matlab roti in triangle shape hi hota hai.... totally unsatisfactory....

I recently stayed at Hotel Shagun Executive and my experience was fantastic. The hotel is located in a prime location in the heart of the city, which made it very convenient for me to explore the local area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
