It is a nice hotel. It is new and clean. Dining facility is there. There is only ground floor. We used family room and deluxe room. Mr. Nitheesh was very helpful with answers even before stay is there. We stayed there on August 30 and 31. After our hectic leave we immediately moved for our jobs in Saudi Arabia and now we remembered about writing review.

1.Staff is well attired , easy to communicate in Hindi as well as English and Tamil. 2. The stay was pleasant with Good Ambience . 3. Rooms were kept clean everyday in spite of dinner plates being removed a bit late in the morning. 4. Dining place is good to have it ( Though outside Temp is 12°C ) . 5. Very Good place for Family with no smoking policy. 6. Last but not least the food is very Good, varieties of Southern, Punjabi and Northern style was there ( during our 2N n 3 D stay - ) but minimal list for kids are there , Morning complimentary Buffet menu is bit limited but overall its not a big issue . My rating is 4.7/5

This hotel is really good and we enjoyed the stay. its very near to ooty bus station. Rooms are nice and clean. good car parking. The food taste & break fast is ok in the restaurant. staff is good and helping. only thing, I didn't like is that they charged me extra for my 4 years old kid and even though I included my elder kid in the stay. rest this hotel is fine.

Good place to stay! Managers are very friendly. I recommend this hotel for a group of people (couples, friends, and colleagues) if you dont have any health issues due to weather. Absolutely not for family. Ambiance - 4/5 Location - 5/5 Food - 4/5 Service - 5/5 Amenities - 1/5 I was surprised to know that there is no roomheater and ironbox available in the rooms, which is mandatory in such hill stations (Ooty Fern Hill), and there is no entertainment for kids (playing area, swimming pool... etc.)
