We celebrated my one-year baby's birthday at the TS Grand Hotel on December 19, 2023. The meal that was served was excellent, and the plan was excellent. They had gone above and beyond what was expected from them. It's a rather reasonable rate. Every one of my guests are praising the food, the service, and the arrangement of the items they provided. Special thanks goes to Jitendra, the manager, who is incredibly helpful and available for assistance from the beginning to the finish of the event. Well-Managed Event, Jitendra. Thanks to the whole fnb team.

I recently dined at TS Royal Grand Hotel ,Chandapura ,Bangalore, and it was truly a disappointing experience. The food was not just bad; it was the worst I’ve ever had. To make matters worse, they managed to serve the wrong order, which was the icing on the cake of their incompetence. Upon receiving the incorrect order, I politely informed the staff, expecting a swift resolution. Instead, they offered a series of lame excuses, trying to shift the blame elsewhere. It was clear that they lacked accountability and customer service skills. The quality of the food was so bad; it tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The flavors were bland, and the presentation was unappetizing. It was a culinary disaster from start to finish. I wouldn’t recommend dining at this hotel to anyone, not only for the terrible food but also for the poor customer service and their inability to rectify mistakes. This was an experience I’d rather forget.

One of the decent hall to have a small function near Chandapura. We got an option to customise the food. We choose the hall for the naming ceremony function. Service is good. Food is good.

Stayed oneday in T.S.Royal Grand on 20.12.23. Front desk staff Mr.Dixit and Mr.Giri are doing their part of job perfectly. The location is ideal for stay.The rooms are spacious but with broken and dirty furnitures.The bed linens are very bad.Food ordered from kitchen is ok.The complimentary spread is very average. Overall if you are compelled to stay on the way to Bangaluru this is a right place for a over night stay on a budget price.
