We stayed in this property for a day. Even though they charge handsomely nothing else was handsome. Basic amenities such as hair dryer, enough paper tissues, toothbrushes, water glasses was not available. If a room is provided as for 2 people, the logical way would be to provide 2 of toothbrush, water glass which is how it is usually done. Not here.
You cannot bring food from outside, inside food is OK.
No welcome drink was served to us.
It is too overpriced for the service provided in this so called 4 star hotels.
They have lots to improve.

Stayed here for two days for a business trip, the location is at a walkable distance from metro, there is a cafe nearby. The rooms were very neat and clean almost like a 3-4 star hotel level , and the best thinwas their breakfast, the spread as well as the taste was really good and the staff there were super helpful

The hotel is very good and you can feel experience of 5 star property at this place. The welcome by reception manager Miss Manisha and Mr Deependra who serves welcome drink is actually commendable.
The food was delicious and hospitality was also good. It was such a nice experience, must visit again.
