This place is the worst ... The photos they show were taken when it was just made but now recently the place is very bad ... One of the staff was so cruel that he charged double as we said to stay for 2 nights but then by seeing the room and food we planned for one day only still he took 1500 ₹extra Even though the food was very bad maintenance was the worst as the bathroom's flush was not working , no water and ac and tv was also not working very upset with this resort

Road of 500-600m is very bad! Must be worst after rain. It's very cute on outside but rooms are too basic inside. The bed kept smelling of rubber the whole time!! Could not sleep well due to that.

Whenever we visit Mahabaleshwar Umbrella Inn is our first preference. Good rooms, cordial and supportive staff, very reasonable prices. Location is of our preference, away from the busy town and in a tranquil area. Still very much accessible to all major tourist spots near Panchagani. I seldom give 5 stars, but here we feel a home away from own home.

Very Relaxing place to stay with family especially if you are with kids. Very safe. We booked 3 rooms out of 5 so mostly we only were used to have all resort for ourselves so enjoyed it to fullest. Most importantly friendly and polite staff, especially Gaurav, very hard working and down to earth guy. No complaints. Hotel owner is also very polite and friendly person Mr Nitin bhilare. Resort is quite small and that's better to avoid crowd. Wi-Fi, hot water and breakfast all were available always expect a day of power outrage in area. Rooms are AC n very well maintained and very standard and big ones. Food is very delicious, veg n non veg. They will make you as per your taste as first meal we found spicy n hot so we had it made from next meal. Bit overpriced we feel but no complaints about taste. Chef suresh is very good at his job n very well made all food. Must try bhendi fry, upma, masale bhaat etc Resort is 1 km from main road so u can have no problem going for quick window shopping or have a meal nearby. To conclude Go for it.. It is best option to stay in panchgani. Thank you 🙏
