One of the top notch property at Siliguri with all the very well behaved stuffs starting from M/s Anukkya Roostam at the reception.The Rooms were nice and the restaurant area too. The foods were delicious and the Service as well.Our flight was delayed, the time changed from 9:40am to 4:35pm in the evening and the check out time was 11:00am but despite that they allowed us to check out late.I’ve been to the Sumi Yashshree property before and they never failed to deliver top quality service to their guests. Thanks

Rooms are clean and location too is very near to the main road, one can get transport right at doorstep, no noise from outside is heard, food is good

We stayed with family for 1 night on 03-May-23. We booked a standard room for 3 but were given a pleasant surprise when we were upgraded to a large spacious room with 2 queen beds. The rooms were spotlessly clean , the ambiance terrific and the amenities like toiletries adequate. The breakfast and food although not 5 star spread was adequate and tasty. Most importantly the staff and service was great and immaculate. Would always return here for future stays.

No doubt the rooms are large ..The service on the other hand is not as large as the rooms . The rooms have cockroaches, complimentary breakfast areas have cockroaches. T.v doesn't work ... mainly the cable ..nd the technicians are least bothered to come . The only response one gets is " sorry sir, the whole floor has the issue" .. food ordered will take a minimum 40 minimum ..doesn't matter if you ordered a bottle of water or a chili chicken..
