Have stayed here approximately 20 times I can honestly say that the staff and the management go over and beyond to fix things. If you have any problems, the rooms are absolutely luxurious. The food is divine and the customer service is absolutely impeccable. Thank you so much for looking after us, and we really appreciate the fact that you went over and beyond to Make things perfect for us!

Wonderful hotel with exceptional service from a very friendly and welcoming staff. I had the king room which was super comfortable, well equipped and spacious - they even had a yoga mat! Pillows and bedding get 5 stars. You can't beat this location if you're looking to stay in Mayfair. Reception staff accommodated early check in for me upon arrival which was a welcome surprise after a long flight. Hotel is new with great amenities including a gym. I had the breakfast included in my rate and it was a great selection of menu items. Highly recommend this hotel!

Recently stayed at this new hotel, and it's truly a gem. The property emphasizes sustainability (RSE) and boasts an excellent location. While there was an unpleasant odor in the room, likely attributed to its newness and a minor technical issue, the staff is actively addressing it. On a brighter note, the spa is simply wonderful, and the therapist is exceptional. Loved the central location and the staff's helpfulness. Looking forward to seeing the improvements, and overall, it was a delightful stay.

We had a fabulous stay at 1Hotel Mayfair over the Christmas weekend. The lobby is elegant and inviting. The service is friendly and impeccable on all fronts. The rooms are clean, well-designed and well-appointed. The beds are so comfortable! The gym is spacious with state of the art equipment. We had an incredible Christmas dinner at Dovetale. They were flexible in accommodating our dietary restrictions on their Christmas menu. We’d like to extend a special thank you to Sylvia, the restaurant’s breakfast and lunch manager, for arranging this. The pastries at Neighbours are fantastic. We look forward to returning in the near future!

We had a lovely experience here. The hotel is stunning. We loved our room, so peaceful, had a great night's sleep and a lovely shower! Everything in the room and the hotel is designed so well and excellent quality. I ordered a sandwich from in room dining and it was delicious! All the members of staff we encountered were all accomodating and friendly. We will look forward to returning again.
