Clean rooms with great A/C. Rooftop pool with a little bar/restaurant. They do a great job refreshing and cleaning the room everyday. The location is ideal. Away from the loud tourist trap yet close to some great restaurants.

Location is nice and close to the really big outlet here in PDC. The rooms were so tight it felt like a prison. The towels were a dirty white showing how old everything was. The window in the rooms doesn’t open so it feels very claustrophobic. There is this smell of humidity that never seems to get better for some reason but maybe it’s just like that everywhere. If I could take pictures of the stains on the bedsheets I would but they changed them before I could. I left a couple napkins below the bed to see if room service actually does clean everything and surprise, they were still there. I just wanted a clean hotel and this did not deliver. I could’ve handled everything else but the hotel not being clean was the one thing I couldn’t handle

We slept so badly, the room is not soundproof at all (we could hear the neighbor's phone ringing). It smelled bad and the room was not clean. The shower was leaking and there was water all over the floor whenever we used it. The employees only spoke Spanish and understood nothing. Very disappointed! The only nice thing is the pool and the locked room for bag drop.
