Ok location, walking distance to luxury stores. Cafes within steps. 110 m to Enriqueta Restaurant. The staff did their best. They brought a blanket and an iron quite quickly and had our taxi waiting for an early departure. The room was small and there were not any face clothes. Nicely air conditioned. Great shower. Noisy at night.

We went here as part of a package to watch sport. Location wise it’s great. Surrounded by tapas bars a plenty for all budgets. We used one called Level 203 and we felt like locals in no time with such friendly people. In the hotel the staff were friendly enough but the lady who does the breakfast didn’t turn up and because we had a coach to the circuit that we had to meet, about 30 people went off for the day without eating. The staff didn’t volunteer any information until quizzed by out tour operator who was excellent. A Taxi to Las Ramblas was best for us but plenty walk it. Rooms were nice with AC but the view wasn’t up to much. I’d recommend for the location and the lady not turning up may have been a one off.

Hotel is very worn out. Big issue - walls and doors are not sound proof. Great staff make up for it though. Big smiles! Rooftop is nothing to die for… Gym has two machines - and not ventilated. Location is key here.

We arrived from our cruise at 7 am to check in and drop off our luggage so that we could explore the city a bit, . because our check in wasn’t till 4pM . We had to pay 6 Euro , 2 Euro per locker since they only held 1 piece of luggage . We then asked if we could have coffee in their hotel restaurant but we would need to pay which we had no problem with . However the receptionist then changed her mind and told us we would need to purchase our coffee outside . Poor customer service !!!
