24hours Apartment Hotel

Wonderful hotel,with convenient transportation in one minute walk.You can quickly get to the center.Nearby there are grocery stores.Friendly staff and clean rooms.

This hotel is situated in a noisy area, has no 24 hours help desk as it stated in the hotel infos, the reception is open from 8 or 9 am till 6pm only not 24 hours as it stated in hotel info, after 6pm the guest need to contact a number to answer his inquiry. the Hotel is UNSAFE, it was a terrible night when someone entered my room, on my third day there, that was due to reception mistake as they issued a second access card for my room to a new guest, who run away when I called him to stop, so they have poor room reservation system, good that I was in the room otherwise he could have entered and took what he wants. The manager was unreachable for 48 hours as the receptionist claimed, but he contacted me by whatsapp after 48 hours from that incident offering me one night free next time I stay at his hotel again, so I told him that I am not planning to stay at his hotel again at all (so no compensation given to me). No safe provided in the room, so the guest must take all valuable things with him every time he leaves the room. Next to the hotel there are few red lights bars and an Asian massage center, you can see them clearly while you pass by walking on the main road, which means that this hotel is not suitable for families. There is a kettle provided in the room but no coffee sachets, No tea bags, no bottled water( they say that the tap water is clean in Vienna) which I doubt, no shampoo or body gel provided in the shower, the window curtains are very light type. ( not thick ones to prevent the early morning light). The AC located below the window exactly, so its behind the curtain if I close the curtain it will cover the AC air intake and air outlet, which make the AC not functioning properly, so either to relocate the AC or shortening the curtain to be at AC level, I had to keep the curtains open, the AC was very noisy, I asked to change the room, the lady at the desk welcomed that in the morning but I wasn't informed to transfer my room. No room service provided, no towels changed no sheets changed during my 4 days stay. Easy to reach the street tram (public transportation), or walk 15 minutes to reach the railway station. I found it inadequate for the price at all,,,,,Low value. I wonder, what is it categorized as ?? is it considered to be a hotel ? A furnished apartment? or an Airbnb? UNKNOWN.
