Lovely hotel. Each room has a unique theme and decor. The attention to detail is fantastic. There is even a Freitag bag for you to use whilst you stay. Each room has a fridge filled with water, cola, beer, cider, chocolate and nuts.... which are all free and are refilled daily. The hotel is also quiet, despite being on a main road. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the customer service throughout has been faultless. The hotel is a little out of the centre but the number 11 tram stops outside and runs every 7 minutes. It is only 12 minutes to the central train station.

I stayed here multiple times for business purposes. Hotel can be reached conveniently on public transport (tram line 11). Good distance for runs along the river Main. Rooms all have a unique interior. Staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming - during my last stay, they settled a booking error which I had made in a very attentative and guest-friendly way. Would always return.

Very clean, modern and hipster-style hotel. My room was bright orange and to be honest I’m still in two minds whether it was stressy or relaxing. Couple of annoying faults in room were never fixed as requested (safe was locked and shower head needed to be held up to use . Always big queues at checking and checkout which isn’t ever good. Breakfast was expensive at 23 and never changed the 3 cooked options which became a drag to face, ended up going out eventually. Staff all very nice but seemed a little new and unsure of what to do. Good side is the tram stop is right over from the hotel and easy to get to hbf. Would recommend the Japanese Hirosi or Italian Osteria right outside if wanting to eat out.
