The way my wife has been treated is disgusting and dispecable. He refuse to allow her to sit at the reception when she arrives, then he give her a room other than the one she booked, and she also keeps waiting for a long time until he clean the room … and finally a room without the Internet, no blankets or sheets …dirty … 585059942 She did not authorize entry into her unit, and she made that clear in writing, yet they still entered her room in her absence. This is unacceptable, she was in her unit for 2 days and yet they still failed to send housekeeping while she is there. The fact that there was an unauthorized entry is completely crossing the line. We will get authorities involved now because this seems like harrassment and purposely dismissing a guest's clear instructions in writing.

One of the worst experience I had during my travels! My partner and I booked a room here for two nights. We expected it to be small but the pictures had a proper view which convinced us. To our dismay, we were put on the second floor with a view of the building next door, directly looking into other people's homes. The process of entering the building is backwards and flat-out dangerous at times. Upon check-in, they have you register, so that security can open the gates for you whenever you want to enter the building. However, guard changes occur several times a day and every new guard will have no idea who you are, leaving you locked out on the shadiest back alley until you're able to communicate that you're a guest in the building. Guards are straight-up rude, unhelpful and communication with 360 suites staff is solely done through WhatsApp. You don't feel like a paying guest at this property, but rather a constant inconvenience. My suggestion: if you're a foreigner, looking for a place to stay in Sao Paulo, avoid this property. The area is shady as hell and staff is unkind and unhelpful. There's no front-desk either, cause it's just a residential building with some rooms for rent. Better options are available!

Avoid. Very unprofessional. In my case I booked an AirBnb with one of their listings. The listing didn't include any mention of having to registering on their own website, off-platform. This is against AirBnB's own policy, and there was no mention of this until after I booked. When I requested a refund I was told I would have to submit a cancellation, which I would be charged for. The host then refused my full refund request and insisted I had to register on their own website for access to the building. The host also claimed that the booking terms do mention you have to complete a mandatory "off-platform" sign in process (which asked for your email and phone number). This is incorrect, they then sent me a link to a different property on AirBnb that does mention this, but it wasn't the listing I booked. When I told then this wasn't the listing I booked they tried to claim they "need to update the English wording", when the Portuguese version of the listing also has no mention. Very very unprofessional - avoid

I had no luck with the rooms I stayed in, the first room made an irritating noise in the air and didn't cool, I went to turn on the hairdryer and it burned out, the light above the bed was burnt out. I changed rooms and when I was in the shower, in addition to getting shocked, the light went out as if I had tripped the circuit breaker... Anyway, I could do some maintenance before booking it for guests. Ah, the service is outsourced, needing to get in touch via WhatsApp or email cannot be done with reception, and they take a long time to respond. Otherwise it was ok, gym with a water fountain, swimming pool, easy access...

The apartment is good. But the place despite being almost in front of the Luz metro station. It's really bad, a deserted street, lots of people, a really bad place, I don't recommend it. Another negative point, check in is only done at exactly 3 pm, if you arrive 5 minutes early you will be left on the street, they don't even open the entrance so you can identify yourself already inside, and as I said, you only see crackheads, very dangerous . Wouldn't go back again
