Terrible service. The building is old. When we entered the apartment it smelled of confinement and humidity, as if the carpet had never been changed. And the worst thing that happened to us was in the bathroom. We arrive at night and see that the sink is broken. You turned on the faucet and the water fell to the floor because it didn't have a duct. I asked them to change it 4 times and they never did. I asked for compensation or a change of location and nothing. Everything is terrible. I left without being able to use the bathroom.

I arrived today, wifi no one knows the password. They asked to send it via ZAP, I've been waiting for an hour for a response via ZAP and nothing. There is no cable TV, I was informed that it is only streaming and to get open channels I would have to wait until the next day for a technician to install an antenna. At reception the guy said it had nothing to do with the accommodation. My experience has been very bad.

I stayed with 2 foreign friends in a 360 apartment in Santa Cecilia, unfortunately it was the worst decision I ever made, since: • some (if not all) of the photos they publish of the apartments contain photoshop (I was innocent of not having noticed, it was only after the damage that I realized) • the apartment I rented had a bee infestation, flooded kitchen floor, broken air conditioning, dirty bathroom, stained sheets... all this right after check in. • they moved us (and separated us, as we were a group of 3) to 2 new apartments, which had damaged plumbing, the water came out yellow, and more strange stains (we already know what it is) on the sofas. Now here's my real complaint to the so-called “CEO” of 360, Debora, who was extremely superb after the complaints, saying “sorry if we didn't meet expectations”, which were just finding a clean place like the photos so we could rest after a long trip, in addition, it was extremely negligent when we requested a refund, but after much insistence we got 1/3 of what we had paid, which was supposed to be 3 nights, we used 12 hours and paid 2 :)
