One thing I will mention right out of the gate is that they are directly next door to a chicken coup. From this visit, I learned that roosters crow not just in the morning, but 24 hours a day. So if you're a light sleeper, you might have some difficulty. I actually found the sound sort of comforting, so maybe you might too? Separately, the staff there are all so incredibly FRIENDLY and smiles from everyone all the time. Although I'm just some random American, I absolutely loved that the staff genuinely seemed so happy to me whenever I returned to the hotel. It's not the fanciest place in Chiang Mai, but it's pretty, and it's close to so many things you can walk to. And, again, I can't say enough positive things about the totally awesome staff Book this place! It does fill up quick!

The most impressive is staff very friendly and helpful and so kind. The room is clean with nice view. I would like to recommend and return to stay here for the next trip.

Love this hotel and the mountain view is spectacular from the top floor. Great location for the old city, Sunday night market etc. really fast wifi included throughout the building

This might be my favorite place I've stayed at so far in Thailand. The staff were great and friendly. Loved how they strike up conversations and saying things like "have a good day" or "welcome back" as you leave and return. Just amazing service. The rooms were quite nice as well. This being the only one with a safe that I've seen. The hotel is also very close to many rental scooter shops. (I recommend jeff's btw. It's to the left when you exit) the only downside was the bathroom. The drainage wasn't great so the water tended to pool in some of the corners.
