Basic, but cheap with super friendly staff. Excellent location. 24 hr beer and reception. It's my go to place in Chiang Mai.

Very good hotel. Cheap price and excellent location! At night there is a night market just around the corner which you can walk to. Walking to old town too is not far at all, many shops and restaurants on the way. The roo. Is great, comfy bed, shower etc. Also they rent scooters for cheap only 250 compared to other places I had seen, plus its a new scooter! Also no noise at night, slept very well. Really recommend

A nice small hotel in city centre for amazing price (250 baht per room, 100 depozit for keys). There is great atmosphere because everywhere was a lot of funny staff. They offer us scooter for rent and nothing was problem. The rooms are normal, little bit older. Here was ventilator. Hard matress, like everywhere.
