Both receptionists were very friendly and helpful.. my room was nice and clean.. Great lake/river view. Skybars on top level worth to visit and enjoy a drink. The views from top floors are worth while.. centrality located on the Riverside.. Enjoyable..

Nice rooftop bar on the river. Was a shame there were no cocktails but the bartender Soen informed us they’d be coming soon. Good priced drinks and a nice view as well. Bartender Soen was also a great guy to talk to as well

Came here for drinks on the roof top terrace. Wonderful location to view the river and wonderful helpful staff. We had a lovely evening here for our first night in phnom penh

Although the location was good and the rooms were fine our stay was completely blighted by our last night. At 3am someone with a key let themselves into our room whilst we were sleeping. I woke up and shouted at him to leave, which he did but still the experience was really scary. I tried to speak to the staff about it, and messaged the manager after we checked out but have been ignored. I cannot recommend staying here as this isnt safe. The towels were also dirty and we had no water for a night.

Previously known as Harmony River Hotel. It had a rooftop bar previously, but the bar is closed now. Newly refurbished. Room is clean, reasonably spacious even for 2 people. Bathroom is large too, wet concept. 3 types of rooms - river view, city view, no view. Friendly staff, speak English. Very reasonable rates. Standard exceeds that for a budget hotel. Excellent location. About 100m from Wat Ounalom. Walking distance to Royal Palace, National Museum, morning market, and Phnom Penh night market. On the busy street of Riverside, its entrance faces the river. Easy access to food, restaurants, pubs, convenience stores. About 1.7 km away or 20 minute walk to Nagaworld Hotel Casino.
