Great value for the size of the rooms which were huge. Location is not too bad as I could walk everywhere but it is essentially in PN’s Chinatown. Lots of new developments around and two big casinos nearby. Although breakfast was included it comes prepackaged and delivered to your room every morning. The pancake and fruits are the best option in my opinion. Delicious pancakes. You can also use Grab for other meals. My only gripe was the bathroom. Although very clean the was a funky smell that developed over the day which I can only guess was the drains. Great view from the rooms though as they are on the 28-29th floor. I’d definitely stay again because it was great value. But probably near the promenade would be better if you like to be in the middle of the whole hustle and bustle or near 57th street. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel takes a $20 deposit in cash in case of breakages 😏

Hotel on the 28th floor of a skyscraper. The claim to be "minimalistic nordic" which in this case means light and cheap furniture. Filthy windows and stained sofa. Claustrophobic corridor. But great views. I did not like the area, which seems to be a Little China.

Location is good, so many store mini mart around easy buy drink or food. Hotel place at high floor, check ỉn service also good be fast and clearly. Room look cleaned, feel so very fresh with a nice view while staying. All staff are friendly.

Edit to add - Solo female travelers pls avoid - this place is not safe. I reached out to hotel management was requested in the response below and answered a battery of questions and never received a followup. I see in a response to another reviewer that the hotel is claiming this incident occurred at "another hotel". This is simply not the truth. The events detailed below occurred on the 29th floor of the Snowbell Hotel. Lying is not a great look :) I opened my door to three men, including one hotel staff with a key actively unlocking my door after about 20 minutes of aggressively jangling the door lock and attempting to get inside. Standing outside my door was an extremely intoxicated man being held up by another man. The hotel staff that unlocked my door told me the intoxicated man needed to come inside my room despite me repeatedly telling them to leave. Extremely frightening and a huge security risk that anyone is able to wander around the hotel and hotel staff will unlock guests' rooms with the intention of letting strange groups of men inside.
