Decent accommodations in an excellent location. Detractors were the lack of any regular physical reception, even during business hours, the beds being rock hard, and despite advertising "Luggage Storage" not having a locked area to store the luggage after checkout (just in the lobby where any guest could take it). For a simple room, this works but it comes short of what is posted on the website.

I would stay here again! It is all you need when visiting Venice. It is close to important landmarks and an easy walk to public transportation. It is located right in vivid place, close to local restaurants and shops. Checkin process was easy. Room was spot clean, and bed was comfy. I would recommend it!

Wow! We splurged a little on our accomodation for the one night we had in Venice. And it still blew us away! Stunning Venetian room overlooking the canal and the piazza. Complimentary snacks and so clean! We felt like royalty. Check in was a little odd, no one answering the door or bell for a while and we had to stand in the rain to then be greeted by a virtual staff member. FYI They also only take cash for the city tax so we had to go get some out but not a big deal. Staff were lovely and would 100% recommend!

Venice is chaos. Before 11 am and after 5 it is incredible. Beautiful, stunning even. Easy to enjoy. But during the day the ships unload and it becomes a hellscape. Like Disney on Christmas. Just awful. This hotel saved us. It's a great location both near and just far enough away from the really busy areas. And we were lucky to get one of the two rooms overlooking the canal which means they were large and had incredible views. If we hadn't the hotel would still be nice but not nearly as lovely as we got to enjoy. For the price you won't find a better spot in Venice. A tad loud because you're right off the canal but that's ok. Truly a wonderful spot we'd stay at again.
