Absolutely beautiful place to stay. I booked here for my baby shower and my best friends hen party, I found it was the perfect place to celebrate with my friends and family. Spotlessly clean and the service from start to finish was incredible. Great location to jump in a taxi to Manchester City Centre! This is always my go to if I need a get away.

The house was lovely & in a decent location but the service is poor. Initially they were average when booking and paying the initial deposit. For the second instalment I was told I would receive an invoice with a payment link 30 days before check-in, I did not receive this, I had to ring 4 times for them to send it. On the second morning of staying (out of 3) we applied for late checkout via the guest area, the money was held in my account immediately while they waited to confirm. Before they confirmed I contacted their live chat (via guest portal) regarding the checkout form wanting me to pay for late check out twice, they replied with ok don’t complete the form. Understandably so we believed late checkout had been confirmed at this point. On the morning of leaving we got a knock on the door from the cleaner at 11am (normal checkout time) and a visit from an MCR representative saying we needed to leave. We explained the above and they said they’ll see what they can do, a few minutes later we were informed that we had to leave but the checkout fee would be fully refunded. I have since rang MCR dens as I have not been refunded, on the phone I was told that as we checked out after 11 we will still be charged. But at least I got an apology for the miscommunication… would rather my £25 back.
