What a lovely hotel. We only stayed one night, but wished we would have stayed longer. The Hotel bar was manned until the early hours of the morning. I will say the drinks prices were a bit high though. We asked for X6 double Baileys, but when we were told the price we went for singles 😆. I suppose that is Kensington. Overall Excellent experience.

We were here last week (15-18 December) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely hotel in Kensington, with a super friendly and welcoming staff, a beautiful room and bathroom, wonderfully decorated hallways and stairs. I've been to London many many times and this was one of the most enjoyable stays I've had. Thank you and we will be back!

The property cancelled our room with no explanation a few days before check in, then sent me a message saying they cancelled at my request(which is a complete lie). Since it was a Saturday night, they more than likely re-sold for a higher price since I booked this place early at a very reasonable rate. Very shady business practice. Don’t trust this hotel.

Breakfast was really nice, had a good selection and the bacon was delicious. The room was clean and orderly with an included complimentary capsule-coffee machine and a kettle with a small tea selection - made a really good impression! Staff was friendly and professional. The shower door handle in the room I stayed at was a bit janky. All around the room was great, but the maintenance could use some improvement. The hotel is built into a refurbished Edwardian building which gives it a nice look and feel, but makes it really inaccessible for people with special needs.
