Can you believe this hotel does not have Wi-Fi? The customer service is just dead. They says they don’t know there is a wifi code provide to customers! Also the noise from the ceiling Air system which cannot be turned off Kill you whole night! I booked a week for business trips, but I decided to run out even they don’t provide any refund. And the attitude is so bad! they believe they are not wrong and you have to endure the result of deciding to choose them! All good reviews are so fake actually! Nothing match they actually are! The room is less than half of the size they said.

The hotel room’s size does not match it says at all! Just hate to be cheated. Please don’t go this hotel for sure. Any hotels I experienced is better than this! If you decide to live in, you will experience whole night noise from the next door’s Air system which you cannot do anything!

No Wi-Fi. the ceiling has noise all the time. Room is 100% different from the Picture! Have the worst experience with Airbnb. Will be 0 star review for the host! I will write worst experience in my travel Journal book.

We moved here after a terrible experience with the urban stay location. This one actually has front desk staff that are available and helpful. Rooms are new and modern, very nice but small. Rooftop is great and became one of our favorite places to hang out after dinner. The nightclub across the street generates a lot of loud noise until it closes at 6am as an fyi. Depending on where your room is it might cause a problem. Other than that it is a really nice place!
