Surprisingly comfortable for it's category. Nice bed, huge room and great staff. They even have a kettle with coffee AND biscuits. Maybe a bit noisier than expected from upstairs and hallway but not a deal breaker. Great location for seeing all the sights in the center. Would definitely stay at this great value property again.

Big, clean room with comfortable bed, sofa and large shower. Great location. We stayed in room Atocha where you could easily hear the people upstairs especially the child running around and pounding on something.

This place was perfect for what we needed in a great area around the corner from Plaza Mayor. One of the few places we stayed in that had tea and coffee in the room which we greatly appreciate. We had a great little terrace where we could watch the action down below, and the staff was very accommodating with our last minute reservation. She gave us great recommendations for food and other things to do. I gave 4 stars only because we were right across the street from a night club which kept us awake til almost 6am, but it WAS a Friday night so I guess it is expected in Madrid.

Staff was very friendly and spoke fluent English, gave some pointers about interesting areas in the city as well. Rooms were cleaned every day and were very neat, bathroom facilities were also clean with basic amenities provided. Street where the hotel is located is quite calm but only a few streets over you'll find yourself in the busy city streets. Would definitely go here again!
