Rooms are excellent, service excellent, Rooms are very spacious and comfortable with all amenities including Hot water supply, bed sheets, towels, and bathroom are very clean . Appreciable services Very near to Niagara falls. All eatable and other requires Shops are available adjoining and Sunrise inn. We give 10 no out of 10. Owner is very nice person and dealing is excellent 👌

If I could of given this place zero it would still not justify how bad the experience was. We had to change our rooms so many times we at one time were considering why we didn’t wait to come and book after seeing. In each room we found that there was a problem, in the first room we were given; the room was not clean and had a bad odor, flies and mosquitos in the room. The second room we got we spotted bed bugs in the bed and we also did not feel any safety while sleeping through the night. We had to sleep with the lights on and chairs blocking just in case.

To be honest. I was worried when looking up all the motels in this area, from the reviews its scary for someone who.... 1. Has never left their city. 2. Has never stayed in a motel. My experience was far above what others are saying. I went out for breakfast and was greeted by staff saying good morning and asking if i needed anything. They said if i did. Feel free to ask. The room was clean. The bed was made. Sheets and towels were clean. The floor was not dirty. I couldnt figure out the bedside lamp for the life of me. I would 100% come back. And recommend to others.
