Hotel booked for 3 nights. No communication about increase in city tax. Paid over €60 instead of €25. No concession, although €25 is shown on the confirmation. The management decided not to be accommodating. Very customer friendly! I understand the argument that it's not the hotel's fault. In this case it is a business risk and should be borne by the hotel, as the booking period was already known. We could also have been informed.

The location was great - most of the monuments were available within walking distance. Our room was quite spacious, looked very modern and had a newly renovated bathroom. The bedding was great, very soft and looked like new too. Also, breakfast was very nice.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Our first time in Paris and we got this hotel based on the reviews. The rooms are exceptionally small, shower is tiny. Not as clean as you would expect a 4 star hotel. Only 2 bottles of water on the first day are complimentary. They charged 3.50 for an additional small bottle. The worst part was that the management staff is extremely rude. The night attendant who checked us in and the cleaning crew seemed nice but the night manager was so rude and unhelpful. My husband got sick during our trip and we could not arrive on day 1. We informed them a day in advance but when we asked if they could possibly waive day 1 charges, they not only refused but were so rude and insulting. The front desk manager said if you got sick, why are you talking to us, talk to your insurance. I get it that it’s your cancellation policy, just be nice and polite about it.

It’s a lier hotel. India staffs are not friendly and useless. The room looks good but the wall is very thin, your can hear neighbors noise clearly. Also same problem of the window. They have a broken elevator and no work air conditioner so it’s cold in winter. Never ask them to arrange the taxi, they cost 70 euros for 30kms. I just asked a normal taxi but they arranged for their own benefit. Never choose here.
