Great location in my opinion, you can get everything you want in a 150 meter radius. Across the road there is the Bazaar which I highly recommend. The boxing stadium can get loud but the events are over around 10:30pm so no problem. The rooms are old and somewhat rundown, the bed is really stiff and the view from the balcony is terrible, and the placement of the aircon unit (outside the room) turns the balcony into a sauna. Shower is spacious, nice temperature and pressure. Soap and towels provided. Room service is really good but breakfast and laundry service can be improved (I used the laundry service around the corner). 24/7 reception is really convenient. I suspect this used to be a great hotel 10 years ago.

Perfect hotel right in the centre of Patong. Staff very friendly and helpful with everything. Rooftop pool was great! Bar only open for a few hours a day but great cocktails on offer for happy hour! Would definitely stay again

Rooms are mostly dirty: "new" sheets are with old stains, bathrooms you can see mold in crevices of the floor and windows, there is hair on the floor, walls, shelves and doors have finger prints and grease. AC are all old/broken in rooms. You can hear all the noises from the corridor when people are passing by and when the cleaning service is working. One of our group members had to go switch rooms due a broken sink, AC broken and dirty room. You can not leave AC/electricity on when you leave. They give you only one key with the electricity card which have to be on it's place all time if you want any electricity. Service is the bare minimum. No help with the heavy bags or guiding to the rooms. You also have to leave 1000baht deposit before you get the key to the room. No slippers or hand towels. I won't recommend if cleanliness, service and atmosphere is important to you. Location is great and it's near everything.

Pros: 1. Good location. All amenities are available at next door, like farmacy, 7eleven, laundry, tour agencies, money changers, tut-tut, and restaurants. Patong Beach and shopping complexes are walking distance. Cons: 1. We are 3 people in the room, but they provided only 1 key. Hence, any of us is unable to return to the room without disturbing another roommate. All 3 have to go out and come in together. This is an extremely inconvenient stay. 2. Housekeeping untidy or not complete 3. The senior receptionist is unfriendly 4. The room is too small for 3 people. 5. There are Noices from neighbouring rooms. Poor sound proof.
