Good spacious rooms with a nice view. Cafe OM site is good for breakfast. The checkin process was tedious. The staff were getting impatient with the number of people and were losing there cool. The elevators are slow and one has to wait long

There are 30+floors here but the lift only four and it's small for one, can't really fit more people and we have to wait for a long time for lift when check in and out. And can't even use the staircase they said due to security purpose. We been trap in the floor for almost 30mins. And the room didn't have kettle and hairdryer but the room features shows they have. We only get the kettle when we make few calls to request and the hairdryer have no stock.

Surprisingly we got a huge apartment for our staycation in Genting. There’s a 2 rooms in this apartment with 2 queen bed and also 1 single bed 🛏️ Service : Check in was easy & smooth. Equipments : Washing machine (wash & dry), electric kitchen & microwave is provided! Location : This place is very convenient and strategic to get a food ! Recommended to everyone 👍🏼
