A hotel near the beach at Perissa beach. The hotel is close to the beach and has a nice swimming pool and tennis court. Staff were friendly. The room itself was a two story loft with two queen sized beds. We did not use the second level. The washroom was small. In terms of cleanliness it was only so so. I did see some ants crawling around.

WORST HOTEL EVER Don’t be deceived by the 5 star rating We were appalled and disgusted by our experience of the hotel and staff particularly Maria. We booked 7 days in this hotel. I travelled with my girls were put in 2 separate rooms far from each other. The rooms were very dirty, bed sheets stained with other customers hair on bedsheets. There were an infestation of ants in both rooms, the air conditioning was leaking from inside the bedrooms. To top it up we found a bed bug (video attached) in my daughter’s room the next morning. I complained to the staff we were immediately made to feel unwelcome and asked to vacate as we were unhappy. We then asked the hotel to send an email to Opodo and cc us in as per Opodo’s request to cancel but they refused and eventually called the police on me. The staff (Maria) extremely rude, racist and has no customer skills. We only stayed 1 night there and had to find another hotel. Will strongly discourage anyone looking for a 5 star holiday to stay there

This was a great hotel. Friendly staff that were helpful. Clean rooms. Excellent food. Should definitely try out the spa. Very nice and friendly people working there, especially the lady who served coffee at breakfast

I’ve been given as a gift a massage at Urania Spa (inside 9 Muses Resort) and since I ve had the flexibility and time I’ve also used the pool area before my massage. Pool very clean, spacious and you don’t feel packed as most of hotels. Pool bar & staff good & polite and more or less fast on serving. I’ve also had light lunch and the food was yummy and the menu big enough. I’ve had the prawns spaghetti and it was cooked just how so like it👍‼️ Urania Spa is very modern in design and the items/furniture as well as products are chosen by people with experience for sure. The therapist Argyro was ever so sweet and knowledgeable. I did a relaxing massage and felt very chilled & stress free afterwards. Highly recommend 9 Muses for the services I’ve used/received but also if you are thinking of having lunch or dinner at the tavern within a hotel on a very calm atmosphere…🙏🏻
