We had a wonderful time as guests of Nikos and his family in his contemporary hotel accommodation just up the hill from the beach resort of Perissa. Our luxury suite was very thoughtfully furnished with all modern conveniences. The hotel staff maintained a clean environment and were always on hand to help with anything we needed. Nikos and his wife are especially welcoming people. After just a few days we were happy to call them our friends!

Beautiful suite, Nikos and his wife are lovely hosts and very kind people, they make you feel very welcome and always make sure you have everything you need, location is great, quick bus to Thera or Perissa, bus stop is only a few minutes away! There is a cooked breakfast every day, and a reasonably priced mini bar, would definitely recommend staying here!

The views from the rooms are ones you only think you will get to see in your lifetime, but they are real, when you are there! Being at the hotel you can also easily see the sunrise or sunset. We had a perfect stay! The "King Suite" was iconic with an incredible view!! The breakfast was quite tasty and had an amazing selection! Furthermore, Service is excellent!!

We stayed a week during Easter. Great sized rooms set over 2 floors. Very clean and modern decor. Spa bath downstairs and jacuzzi on balcony. Best thing is the owner Nikos. He made us feel very welcomed and helped us whenever we needed something like collecting us from the airport when our hire car failed from EconomyBookings and ordering a pizza late evening! Great breakfast every morning, all freshly made. Only bad point is the location, although most people probably hire a car in santorini anyway so not a big issue plus parking in most public carparks are free.
