Spacious room, great shower and excellent service and delicious buffet breakfast. I've traveled to many countries, Vietnam hotel staff is really the most hard working and friendly. I usually am very careful with packing up all my belongings before leaving but forgot my watch which was sitting by the window sill charging for solar energy. By the time I find out I left it there, I asked them, they found it and brought it to me at the airport! Such honesty and business integrity is also unheard of these days. One thankful customer!

I have been traveling with a group of westerners and haven’t experienced such rude service. Not only were they not accommodating, but were constantly berating us and making us feel unwelcome because of how we looked. It’s extremely unfortunate because we haven’t ran into this problem anywhere else. We called a week previous and asked if we could leave our bags here since we had a late flight and they said yes. Now, on our check out day, they’re saying we can’t leave our bags unless we pay 200,000 dong PER HOUR. So ridiculous and stupid. Don’t stay here unless you’re Vietnamese and older. Don’t let yourself get scammed and feel unwelcome like us. There’s so many beautiful hotels here with better location, just skip this one and save yourself the headache. Absolutely terrible. Also the pool was gross. Don’t swim in it.

DO NOT STAY IN THE PRIVATE APARTMENTS!!!!!! The staff is extremely rude and unwillingly to accommodate you if you are not considered a hotel guest. The staff came up to us every time they saw us and asked for proof of staying there, absolutely ridiculous. As a group of 3 young travelers-clearly western, we were often targeted and they failed to follow through on their services they claimed to provide. We had specifically called ahead of time to ensure luggage storage was an option as we had a late flight out and when we tried to use that service they tried to charge us 200,000 dong per hour for 3 small suitcases. Overall an undesirable experience in a place that was supposed to offer rest and relaxation. (Even the pool was gross, we could see many particles floating around).

Clean and spacious room. Great view of the ocean but so much noise from the street and a beach bar closeby. The music from the beach bar didnt stop until midnight. At 6 am. there was an announcement from a loudspeaker on the street. Very annoying. Aircon is not cold even after contacting a hotel staff to fix it. Not much to do around the hotel except having seafood and walking on the beach.

I recently stayed at A la carte and found it to be a mixed experience overall. One of the standout features is its excellent location, offering breathtaking views and convenient access to various attractions. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, providing a warm welcome throughout my stay. However, there were notable drawbacks that impacted my overall satisfaction. One major inconvenience was the lack of changing rooms at the infinity pool on the 23rd floor. Additionally, the absence of a shower room created an uncomfortable situation where guests had to change inside the toilet in the adjacent cafeteria. Walking through the cafeteria to the toilet posed another issue. Guests, drenched in water, had to navigate through a space where others were dining, creating an awkward and inconvenient experience. This aspect significantly detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. Another point of concern was the inconsistent practice of taking a deposit. While I was asked to provide a deposit of 10.00.000 VND at check-in, it seemed that not all guests were subjected to the same requirement. It was not mentioned at the time of booking the hotel room. This lack of uniformity in their policies left me questioning the transparency and fairness of their procedures. In conclusion, despite the hotel's positive aspects such as its prime location and courteous staff, the issues related to the pool facilities and deposit policies were significant enough to impact the overall satisfaction of my stay. Addressing these concerns could greatly enhance the guest experience
