This is a small and pretty new hotel (opened in 2022 I believe) in a great location in town. It was very clean, and the rooms were ok. Comfortable and kind of unique / unusual in their design (mainly the use of the smooth rock wall which is like marble). The breakfast is very good, and well worth the cost, but one thing odd is that they charged us for carbonated water during breakfast, yet didn't tell us that when we ordered it. It's a buffet, with everything included, and drinks were no exception - except the small, green, sparkling water bottles. We only found this out upon checkout, which was a bit unpleasant. But the staff there more than made up for this glitch. They gave us advice on what to do, where to go, what to see, and more. They let us leave our luggage in the reception all day after we had checked out, and were really great.

Location was great. Short (10-15 min walk) to Goreme and misc ceramic shops along the way. Also close to a ton of tour/ travel agencies so you can easily book a tour the day before The outdoor patio to see the balloons in the morning was a wonderful view. Depending on which room you get, when you open your door, you’ll see the balloons too. It’s magical. Some rooms are cave like rooms. They don’t have AC. Just heat. Regular rooms have AC. We didn’t mind the cave room but it did get toasty and we had to ask them to turn it down. Breakfast included was a fantastic spread. Def a highlight too. Overall really enjoyed our stay and can’t recommend this place enough. Service was great - easy to coordinate with hotel desk and get any needed taxi service or advice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did their best to fulfill our requests. The view of the balloons was amazing, like being in the first row but you can easily see the balloons anywhere in the hotel. The breakfast was rich and very tasty, with lots of options and they provided my husband (who can't eat gluten) with an alternative. The pool area is very quiet, relaxing, and calm. The hotel is new, so all the facilities are perfect. 100% recommended

Excellent location to see the balloons in the morning. You can watch them right at the hotel on a very nice terrace or walk to an elevated vantage point 20 minutes away to have a spectacular view. The rooms and hotel are exceptionally clean. The cottages/cabins are well appointed and very spacious and bright. The staff is very attentive to your needs. Breakfast is very generous and offers a large selection of items and varies a bit each day. The hotel is centrally located. They can arrange for a shuttle back to the airport. Our friends joined us. We all agree that we would definitely stay there again.

This is the best hotel in Cappadocia!!! The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. We are very happy to chat with them. We can see many hot balloons around the hotels every morning. Really beautiful! This is our honeymoon trip. There were beautiful decorations when we arrived at the room. The room is very comfortable! On the last day, we need to go to the airport at 6:30 a.m. The staff gave us a bag that had breakfast Toast, Fruit, Tea, and a bottle of water. It was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel service is excellent! It made us a happy memory in Cappadocia!
