Dont book under any circunstances the owner is agressive and abusive. Despite claiming to have checkkn until 2330 when we arrived there was no one. We borrowed a phone from a passer by and called and the owner hung up and said he wouldnt check us in because we were not calling from our personal phone - despite us explaining that we diddnt hhave an italian phone having just arrived in the country. We went to the corner to find wifi to look for another hotel and the oener arrived on a moto and begab to abuse us - i have video of the incident. Dont risk your safety - stay away!

It was a big disaster for me, it literally ruined my holiday, the owner was rude and he pretended not understanding me even though i speak italian. The room was dirty and no hot water. What can i say i paid 120 euros , it was a nighmare holiday, so i changed the second night and paid other money, domuscrescenzio that is awsome or other nice and clean places around, all at the same street. This does deserve no stars at all.

Luckily I had booked a refundable room through a reputable online travel agent otherwise I risked losing all my money. Firstly I contacted the hotel through the online travel agent messaging system to enquire what were the check in arrangements given that we were arriving close to midnight. These were the instructions given on the hotel's booking confirmation. I received no reply. I then tried ringing closer to the date as well as sending more messages through the hotel's website. Again no reply and unable to connect via phone for some reason. The online travel agent immediately assisted me by ringing me and patching me through to the hotel. Apparently the hotel manager advised them that they would only interact with the guest personally on the phone re check in and too bad if the guest did not have phone access. The hotel manager was abusive and rude to me and confirmed that the hotel's policy was that if you did not check in by midnight exactly they would list you as a "no show" , cancel your room and relet it as well as keeping all your money He also confirmed by shouting at me that they did not care if you were late because of a flight delay. Luckily I still had 5 hours left to cancel and receive a full refund. This was expertly assisted by the online travel agent.

My friend and I (in our 60s, btw) went there May 13, 2019. It was the most horrible hotel experience we have ever had. It all started when we arrived at A Roma San Pietro Best Bed. The owner, Alessandro, suddenly told us that we were going to stay at a different hotel, at Alessandro A San Pietro Best Bed which he also owns, because the toilet of our supposed room was busted. He told us to walk all the way there. Took us 45 mins to get there. No one even accompanied us. They weren't even sorry for the inconvenience they had caused us. This sort of thing could've been avoided if only they had given us prior notice of the inavailability of our originally booked room. But it got even worse. When we got to Alessandro A San Pietro Best Bed, no one even greeted us to be able to enter the accommodation even after pressing the doorbell so many times. Good thing there was a good lady tenant who called Alessandro and told him we were waiting. After which, he came and was angry at us telling us that we didn't press the doorbell even when we did so many times. Then we went to our room, but the lock was loose. He angrily told us to be gentle when opening the loose door knob. When we tried opening the door ourselves, we couldn't open it. So we asked the neighboring room to help us. He himself couldn't open the door. So he called Alessandro. When he came, was so angry. This time, he called us STUPID AND ASSHOLES. We were never degraded that low our entire lives. And to think we are living as respected professionals in our countries. So as you can see..Never book at this hotel. The owner is disrespectful, has anger issues, and has no manners for the elderly.

Location is awesome, that is the only thing I loved about this place. The Owner, a young tall man was really rude with me. Internet after two days stopped working and when I complained he first said it was true then he said it was a problem of my phone (hard to believe since my mom had the same problem). The man was arrogant and used a very angry tone at me when I asked him if he could call me a taxi. He did at the end but he was not happy about it. I still cannot believe how poorly he treated me. I will never go back to this place, Please people do not waste your money.
