This hotel is actually needing a lot of repairs on the high tech in the rooms. The manager even gave me another room as the first one had to many issues (curtains, lights). Very happy for this. Good location, next to Central Station and other public transportation.

Rooms are clean. Toilet and shower clean and good. Complementairy water is nice. Rooms have a small fridge which is great. The hotel overall is very nice with great facilities. Efficient check in and check out and convenient parking. Service Level depends on the local you encounter. Some are friendly and excellent. Others to the point of being rude. The location is just downright perfect, in front of the central station. Downsides are the incredible hot rooms (nearly 24 degrees Celsius in January!) Without air conditioning or any windows that can be opened. There is basically no airflow at all. It made for an extremely poor sleeping experience and unhealthy situation where you are breathing the same hot and humid air all night. The rooms are extremely high-tech. Everything in the room is controlled through the TV. It does not create any value at all to a better user experience, though. Not sure if i would choose to stay here again.

Fantastic location, easy to find, quick check in and check out,hotel is modern and clean with good amenities. Pillows are way too soft and the rooms are SO HOT (23.2). You can't open windows either so it gets stuffy real quick so you can't sleep or breathe! Staff varies from pretty helpful to totally uninterested, especially when we complained about the heat *nothing we can do.* The options to control everything via tv is quite gimmicky and doesn't work or add value. I had a great deal for 58 euro so it was worth it. For the regular rate, you can probably do better.
